We've got steel in, extending what was the Grill Room floor to create our two new Member dining spaces in the Upper Club.

Demolition is complete on both level 31 and 32. Temporary walls are all installed. Next steps - remove column insulation and chandeliers.
The City Club hosted a Hard Hat Construction Party on Saturday, January 25. Members were treated to behind the scenes construction tours, open bar, an electric violinist, and heavy hors d'oeuvres.
