As a member of the Charlotte City Club I am made to feel extraordinary, and I realize I belong to something very special.
- John S., Member Since 2003

Above all, Charlotte City Club is an exclusive retreat where busy people can make new friends, create new business opportunities, and enjoy the finer things in life in a relaxed, yet refined atmosphere.

The Club offers world-class cuisine, excellent service, and regularly hosts unique tastings, social events, and themed member parties. The Club is also a great place to watch sporting events, play billiards, or enjoy exclusive access to golf, athletic and social clubs through our extensive reciprocal partnerships with over 250 private clubs worldwide.

The Club is currently accepting a limited number of new members. To learn more about membership opportunities please contact us directly, or simply complete the form at the bottom of this page and a Club representative will respond shortly.

Charlotte is known to have excellent golf. My Charlotte City Club membership has allowed me to play on some of the best and most exclusive golf courses in the area.
- Charles H., Member Since 2011

Among the many benefits of membership at Charlotte City Club, members may enjoy access to several private golf and country clubs in the Charlotte area, including River Hills Country Club in Lake Wylie, and Gaston Country Club in Gastonia. Take your weekend getaways to the next level with membership reciprocity at clubs in the beach and mountains at Dunes Golf and Beach Club in Myrtle Beach and High Meadows Country Club in Roaring Gap.

While Charlotte City Club is a Member-owned Club and not a ClubCorp property, membership at Charlotte City Club also opens the doors to ClubCorp's global Club Events of 150+ golf clubs. Those who participate in the Signature Gold Program can receive two complimentary rounds of golf per month.

And for the true golf enthusiast, Charlotte City Club has an Affinity Club designed for you. Members of our Golf Club enjoy outings and tournaments at some of the region’s top private golf courses.

Lobster Night is the best!
- Joanna G., Member Since 2010

The Charlotte City Club arranges a wide variety of social and networking events, bringing members together over shared interests and experiences. The social calendar is thoughtfully organized to reflect the diverse interests of our members with events centering around culture, art, sports, professional enrichments, and, of course, food and drink.

Winemaker's dinners, craft beer dinners, and Panthers buffets before every home game, for instance, showcase the Club's amazing culinary program and help foster new friendships and connections. You'll also find regularly scheduled events designed to bring the entire family together, such as our extravagant holiday celebrations, family night, and magic night dinners.

Beyond our active event calendar, members find joining one of our Affinity Clubs opens up even more possibilities to get involved and enjoy the Club.

Affinity Clubs

I've found Charlotte City Club to be my office away from my office. It gives me a professional yet inviting place to work and meet clients. The staff is friendly, respectful, and the service is second to none. I would highly recommend for any business professional.
- Chrys K., Member Since 2014

A popular benefit of membership at Charlotte City Club is our Affinity Clubs, or ‘Clubs within our Club,’ which offer opportunities for members to meet regularly to connect over shared interests. Sample fine wines, taste test new brews, smoke cigars and more! All of our Affinity Clubs have an option to join as a single membership or dual membership.

"The Barley and Hops Society is a great way to explore the many kinds of malted beverages produced around the world and learn about the explosion of new styles being produced by the rapidly expanding craft beer movement. Amazingly, we have not repeated a single beer since our founding in January 2008!"
- Bill R., Member Since 2006

Casually enjoy beers from around the world with the members of the Barley & Hops Society. This club meets once a month and usually tastes 5 beers at each meeting. Other perks include discounts on our local craft beer dinners organized by Chef Mike & field trips throughout the local Charlotte Brew Scene.

Each year the Barley & Hops Society dukes it out in the "Battle for the Brewmaster" in November followed by a Holiday Dinner with a complimentary Beer Trough of the year's tastings. The first meeting is complimentary for new members!

*This Affinity Club is for Members and Guests ages 21+
