Our Commitment to Privacy

We may also collect personal information from other sources, such as credit bureaus (when authorized by you) and your internet browser.

For example, we use cookies to (i) customize content to your interests, (ii) reduce repetitive advertisements, and (iii) store login credentials so you do not have to re-enter them each time you visit our website.

We do not use pixel tags to collect personal identifiers such as your name, address, or email.

To update your information or preferences, you may contact your Member Relations Director or Membership Director by email or postal mail, or follow the opt-out instructions included in our communications.

We will process requests as promptly as possible; however, you may receive communications during the processing period. Even if you opt out of marketing messages, we may still contact you regarding important club-related information.

Minors

Charlotte City Club does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information directly from minors. However, we cannot always determine the age of website users. If a minor provides personal information without parental or guardian consent, we encourage a parent or guardian to contact us so that the information may be removed and communications discontinued.
